HAWSfest Sponsor and Vendor Guidelines

• Rain or Shine Event: HAWSfest is a rain-or-shine fundraising event. No refunds will be issued after March 2, 2026.
• Booth Placement: HAWS will assign booth locations during the week prior to the event. Placement requests cannot be accommodated. If two booths need to be adjacent, please complete one combined registration.
• Vendor Supplies: HAWS provides space only. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, tents, and electrical needs.
• Food Vendor Requirements: All food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations.
• Vehicle Access: Vendor vehicles must be unloaded and moved to a parking spot by 9:30 AM. Staff will be onsite to ensure compliance.
