Follow Up Consultations

**You can only book this if you have already had a First Session with your Behavior Counselor**

This session allows our trainers to follow up on your current progress and help you continue your training plan. 

Please note:  In home consultations will have an additional $15 trip charge. In Home consultations will have a Trip Charge for each session. The Trip Charge for Waukesha County Residents is $75/session. The Trip Charge for Residents who live Outside of Waukesha County but within 50 miles of HAWS Waukesha will be $100/session.

***Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of session without refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment HAWS will assess a 30% administrative fee . ***
