This session allows our trainers to follow up on your current progress and help you continue your training plan.
***Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of session without refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment HAWS will assess a 30% administrative fee . ***
