Join us for a fun and gentle introduction to animals through stories, fine motor activities, and hands-on learning! Designed for children ages 2–5, this 1-hour program invites little learners and their caregivers to enjoy story time with a snack, explore a fine motor activity and meet one of our friendly animal ambassadors. At the end of the session, caregivers are welcome to stay and socialize with one another, giving tots time to connect and caregivers a chance to chat and unwind.
Bring a yoga mat or cozy blanket, get comfy, and get ready for some “tails and tales” fun! Each session will vary with books and activities. Though there may be some repeat animals, each visit will be uniquely engaging!
Please fill out one registration per child. Non-mobile babies are welcome to come at no extra cost.
Program Highlights:

Story Time: We will have a fun story time themed around animals to help teach littles how to treat them while littles enjoy a small snack provided by HAWS!

Fine Motor Skills: Practice animal-themed fine-motor skills themed for the day.

Meet An Ambassador: Learn to safely interact with our animal ambassador and get to pet them too!
