Basic Manners Level 1

Our Basic Manners 1 class is perfect for new dog owners or anyone looking to strengthen their bond with their canine companion. This class focuses on teaching essential skills that every dog should know in a variety of situations. Whether you're starting with a puppy (20 weeks+) or working with an adult dog, this course provides a solid foundation for future training. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills and confidence to guide your dog in learning basic manners and keep reinforcing them at home.

Class Highlights:

· Basic Commands: Learn how to teach your dog to respond to "sit," "stay," "come," and "down."

· Supportive Interactions: Explore effective techniques to help your dog develop comfort and confidence in social situations.

· Problem-Solving Tips: Address common behavioral issues like jumping, barking, or chewing.

· Positive Reinforcement: Use treats and praise to reward good behavior and build trust with your dog.

Prerequisite: Must be at least 20 weeks old

A front-clip harness is required.
