Confident Canine

Our Confident Canine Class is designed to help dogs who are nervous, fearful, or lacking in self-assurance. Whether your dog is timid around new people, other dogs, or unfamiliar environments, this class focuses on building confidence and creating a safe, supportive space for your dog to thrive. Using positive reinforcement, we’ll guide your dog through gradual, manageable steps to increase their comfort and self-confidence. By the end of the course, you will be better equipped to support your dog through new experiences and help them gain the confidence to feel more comfortable in the world around them.

Class Highlights:

Confidence Building: Learn techniques to help your dog feel secure in new situations
Desensitization: Help your dog by gradually exposing them to new sights, sounds, and smells in a controlled way.
Interpreting Body Language: Learn to read your dog’s body language and respond to their needs, increasing their comfort and trust.
Positive Reinforcement: Use treats and praise to reward good behavior and build trust with your dog.

Prerequisite: Must be at least 6 months old

No class 11/12 or 11/26
