* Please read and review HAWS Parent Agreement & Kindness pledge Document before registering your child. If you understand and agree to all the terms, virtually sign your name by typing your name in the box at the end of the registration form.

Emergency Contact Information/Pick-up Permission

The safety of all our HAWS campers is a priority. For this reason, only adults over the age of 18 who are on your camper’s "Pick-up & Emergency Contact List" will be allowed to pick up your camper from HAWS. When you register your child, please list any adults who will be picking up your child on this list. If during the week you need to add pick-up permissions, you may do so by contacting us. We reserve the right to check ID of anyone picking up a camper to make sure that his or her name is on the pickup list.

Child Information

It is important to inform HAWS of any special needs; physical, medical, mental or emotional, that your child may have so that we can provide a successful HAWS experience. Failure to inform HAWS of any of these needs that are necessary to know when instructing your child may result in your child being unable to participate and a loss of program fees.

HAWS Behavior Dept. Policies

Please read and review HAWS Behavior Department Policies and Terms before registering your pet. If you understand and agree to all the terms, proceed with check out.
